Biography
Vincenzo Di Miceli, son of Giuseppe Di Miceli and Leorochina (Leoluchina Cascio) was born 26 October 1892 in New York[1] and baptized 8 November 1892 at Chiesa della Madonna del Carmine, 447 East 115th Street, New York. His godparents are Michele Califfo and Marietta Recuo.
This is known from the baptismal certificate that was sent to San Martino parish in Corleone.
Vincenzo's parents were both born in Corleone and married there; his two younger brothers are also born in Corleone. It seems the family was only living in New York temporarily.
